Cardiff Blues
Project:
Personalised email, web & wallpaper.
Cardiff Blues have just moved into their new stadium with a much larger capacity, with all those extra seats available they wanted to promote their season ticket sales in a more interesting way.
The campaign was lead by email containing a personalised image with the recipients surname on the reverse of the shirt being held by Dai Young, the email directed fans to a microsite where they could view a video of the new stadium, enter a competition to win tickets and download a fixture list (desktop wallpaper).
West Ham
Project:
Personalised email, personalised microsite, personalised print & personalised wallpaper.
The Brief:
To encourage previous purchasers of Academy and Youth Academy membership to sign up.
Our Solution:
A three phase campaign was created during the closed season which culiminated in a ‘money can’t buy competition’.
Fans could download personalised fixture lists and watch exclusive videos.
Fans who clicked through to purchase membership had their details transfered directly through to the clubs online purchase system.
Analysis of the data during the campaign enabled adjustments to be made in the method of delivery to a segment of the data, to ensure a better response.
Selecta - Miofino Coffee promotion
The Brief:
To promote a new Coffee ‘experience’ for Selecta vending machines.
Our Solution:
A personalised coffee cup shaped mailer sent to Facilities managers within large companies.
Recipients were encouraged to visit their personalised site where they offered a free gift for completing a small questionaire.
Requests were automatically submitted to a telesales team in order that a sales appointment could be booked.
Aston Villa Half season ticket campaign
The Brief
To encourage previous purchasers of half season tickets and non season ticket holders who had attended two or more games in the season to purchase a new half season ticket.
Our Solution
Calendar was sent out with personalised images for each month.
Recipients visit their personal URL where they could download the same images for their computer.
Send the link to a ‘loved one’ who might purchase the ticket on their behalf as a Christmas gift.
Aon Insurance

The Brief:
To cross sell to present Aon customers either Motor or Home insurance.
Our Solution
The database was segmented into present insurance held and a direct mail piece was sent out.
Recipients were encouraged to visit their secure personal website where the could complete a quick quote request.
Online request were automatically submitted to a sales team.
